If someone knoe such a site please send it to me.

You probably need to be more specific. The web can
probably tell you how to instal a bathtub or tile a floor
or build steps or add an electrical breaker panel --
but each in a different web site.

I know several people who would be happy to help with your home maintenance,
but none are named 'Manuel', unfortunately.
I'd try the "services for hire" section of the classifieds, and you can call
them and ask their name. But perhaps 'Pedro' would work out just as well?

I see so many hair-raising mistakes in spelling, grammar and syntax
on this and other NGs, but have learned to suppress my correction
instincts.
